If you’re expecting and also have a pre-schooler, Blanchard Valley Hospital can help your child adjust to life with a new sibling. The hospital will host Spirit of Women’s “New Baby Day Camp” on Sunday, December 5 from 1:30pm-3:30pm in the BVH Marathon Auditorium. Physicians and trained staff will help children ages 3 to 6 learn how to hold and make friends with the new baby and how to become a “big helper”. Attendees will also have a chance for a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus and receive a gift. Cost to attend is one new, unwrapped toy for a local charity. As with most day camps, space is limited and registration is required.
