The Family First Council and Help Me Grow of Hancock County work with area organizations such as United Way, together with families, to offer services and support for children. The council specializes in providing education for parents before the birth of their child and until the child turns three. Help Me Grow offers community resources, referrals to therapies and home visitation classes. The Family First Council in conjunction with Help Me Grow offers a series of workshops and courses in order to strengthen the ties between parent and child.
