While you’re spending time at home, the YMCA encourages you to keep your body moving and stay fit with its free YMCA 360 online program.Â
The online video platform provides classes in yoga, bootcamp, barre, weightlifting, tai chi, youth soccer, Y Box, youth sports performance, and special classes for active older adults.
According to information from the YMCA 360 website, the Y wants to support health and wellbeing during the time of uncertainty by helping to reduce stress and prevent illness.
Classes are to remain free for a limited time— open and accessible to everyone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
No login currently is required, and YMCA membership is not needed.
People can access classes wherever they have an internet connection from a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device by clicking on the Browse Videos tab at the top of the page, and the website can be shared with family, friends, co-workers or by using the hashtag #ymca360.
