has again achieved national visibility by receiving the 2010 Press Ganey Summit Award for the second year in a row. Press Ganey, the country’s largest provider of patient satisfaction tools, presents the award to health care facilities that sustain the highest level of patient satisfaction. According to Press Ganey, Bluffton Hospital has ranked in the 99th percentile nationally for inpatient satisfaction for more than four consecutive years. Recently, the Bluffton community gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony for an expansion to the hospital which will include larger emergency and surgery departments as well as physician offi ce space. Located less than 20 miles south of Findlay, Bluffton Hospital is one of just 36 hospitals in the U.S. to receive the Summit Award.
