In a time of strained budgets, both for schools and for families, Findlay parents of special needs children are lucky to have excellent publicly-funded resources at their disposal. Findlay’s Northview Primary School serves students from preschool to second grade, but also houses a full-service special needs school at the same location. The program was instituted primarily for the hearing-impaired, but has come
to serve other special needs students such as the learning disabled, developmentally handicapped, physical disabled, and those with other or multiple handicaps.
