New location for Bluffton’s Et Cetera Shop

Bluffton’s iconic thrift store moved to a larger location in early September. The Et Cetera Shop has been part of the community for 45 years, opening in 1974. Limited space in the shop at 111 S. Main Street prompted the move to a much larger location down the street at 327 N. Main Street. The new space—a former glove factory—was completely renovated. The shop is operated by the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) with the help of about 100 local volunteers. The store accepts all types of donations, including clothing, toys, and household items, and resells the items at bargain prices. All profits are used to support the mission work of MCC.
